The Account Manager for Off Highway markets focus on Construction, Agriculture, UTV, is responsible to develop new IMMI business opportunities as well as service existing business within assigned international markets and/or customers within stated objectives and IMMI core values.

Purpose

The Account Manager role leads sales by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in assigned markets, developing and executing short and long term commercial strategies at the customer level and providing day to day account management support for existing and reaching new customers.

Primary responsibilities

  • To identify, document and manage new market, customer and/or product opportunities
  • To provide leadership in the development of new products that meet the customer's needsl
  • To develop and implement negotiation strategies and tactics to best position IMMI in all related matters with the customer
  • To provide direction and market/customer insight in the change management processes
  • To develop and implement demand management strategies that support IMMI's operational goals
  • To communicate the voice of the customer (i.e. requirements, expectations, opinions, business levels and strategy direction) in all related matters

Position requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales/Account management experience
  • College degree preferred or equivalent advanced Sales experience
  • Technical/Mechanical understanding and aptitude
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Understanding of the manufacturing process
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Sufficient computer aptitude 
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time (Limited weekend travel)
